Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

1 bag of potato chips (preferably a bit thick and crunchy)

1 can of Lago Paganini pickled mussels

½ lemon (optional)

Fresh parsley or chopped chives (optional)

A touch of freshly ground black pepper (optional)
How to prepare this luxury snack
1. Prepare the potato base
Open the bag of potato chips and pour them into a wide dish or large plate. Try to arrange them in a single layer so the mussels will spread evenly.
2. Add the pickled mussels
Open the can of Lago Paganini pickled mussels and drain them slightly, reserving some of the pickling liquid.
Place the mussels evenly distributed over the potatoes, trying to ensure that there are at least one or two in each area.
3. Add a touch of pickling
Using a spoon, drizzle a little of the pickling liquid over the potatoes. You don't need to add too much: just a few teaspoons to add aroma and flavor, without making the potatoes lose their crispness.
4. Finish with a touch of freshness
If you like, add a few drops of lemon juice on top and sprinkle with some fresh parsley or chopped chives. Finish with a touch of freshly ground black pepper.
