Refund policy

You have seven calendar days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise your right of return. The reasons for return are as follows:

• The product is defective or has suffered any type of damage during shipping.
• The wrong product was shipped.
• In these cases, we will cover the costs of returning the product and shipping the new product.
• To make a return, the product must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
• The refund will be issued according to the payment method used by the customer.
